Interview with Mark Kimble of Take 6
I recently had the privilege of interviewing Mark Kimble of the legendary a cappella group Take 6 at the GMA Dove Awards. It had been over 30 years since Take 6 last performed at the show, but their return demonstrated that their vocal talents remain as sharp and soulful as ever. During our conversation, Kimble reflected on the group’s enduring career, their creative process, and what it meant to be back at the DOVE Awards. Though decades have passed since their debut, Take 6 proved they are still masters of their craft who can captivate audiences with their one-of-a-kind sound. It was an honor to speak with Kimble and witness Take 6’s triumphant homecoming.
